Welcome to the new Pure Help Center (beta)!
Welcome to the new Pure Help Center (beta)!
For a short time, both the current and new Help Centers will be live to give you time to explore and get comfortable with the new layout and overall experience.
What’s New
A Fresh, Modern Design
We’ve completely redesigned the site to improve navigation and make it easier than ever to find the information you need.
Streamlined, Trusted Content
We’ve begun a full audit of our documentation by cleaning up, consolidating, and removing outdated articles to ensure the Help Center remains a reliable source of truth for all things Pure.
Role-Based User Guides
We’ve added dedicated user guides to help you quickly find content tailored to your specific role or area within Pure.
Self-Service Learning Resources
A new Training section highlights our on-demand learning opportunities, including webinars, videos, and Pure University, to help you learn and master Pure more efficiently.

Current known issue:
Some Help Center articles contain links to other articles. Because the beta site is currently hosted on a temporary URL, a number of these links may be broken or may redirect you back to the existing Help Center. We’re aware of the issue and are actively working to correct all links before the official launch.
We’re excited for you to explore the new experience and hope you enjoy the improvements! The beta site will remain available for a few weeks before we fully transition from the current Help Center.
What’s Next
The launch of the new Help Center and our four new on-demand Pure Masterclasses marks an exciting step forward in improving how we support and educate our clients.
Following the official launch, we’ll continue to identify knowledge gaps and expand our documentation and user guides to ensure every role and use case is fully supported.
We’re also exploring new ways to enhance your experience, including AI-powered tools that provide personalized answers without the need to search through multiple articles, and accurate translations to make our content more accessible globally.
There’s much more to come, and we’d love your input! You can share feedback directly at the bottom of any Help Center article or on our Support page.
