Contact Experts and Forced Recipient
What
Setting up and testing Content expert feature on Pure Portal will not forward email to Forced recipient set up in Admin > System settings > Pure mail. It will be send to the configured email.
Why
The Contact expert emails are being sent out from the Portal - not from the back-end. This means that even though they have set up Forced recipient, then the Contact experts feature will still work.
