Dashboard: Manage dashboard

The dashboard enables you to gather an overview of current data using widgets. A dashboards can be used as a template for others to use, or shared among colleagues.

Depending on your version of Pure and the modules available at your institution, you may not have access to the full widget/dashboard functionality.

You can access dashboards from the Dashboard tab in the Pure top navigation, where one or more dashboards may be present.

Adjusting the dashboard

Depending on your role and the access rights to dashboards, you can adjust aspects of the dashboard, such as:

  • the organizational units the widgets reflect.
  • the time frame the widgets cover.

Creating a new dashboard

You can either create a new dashboard from scratch, or start from an existing dashboard as a template.

If you start from an existing template, the existing widgets and settings are copied to your new dashboard. You can then customize the dashboard as you like.
