When you try to upload a master list, you are unable to do this due to the following error during validation: "Missing or misspelled header Title_translated on sheet [xxx]".

How

This error appears when a column is missing on a tab of the master list (the specific tab is noted in the error as 'on sheet persons' for example) or if one of the columns/ rows is misspelled or missing it's description (row 2 on each tab of the master list). It's important that all tabs contain all necessary columns and rows 1 and 2 contain the correct text and/or column names or this error will occur.

Some recent examples of this error occurring included missing new columns:

• A new column to support translated titles was added with 5.172 which requires a new column to be added on the 'persons' tab of the master list after 'title' (please refer to 5.17.2 Release Notes, Section 2.1. Masterlist for more information).

• A new column to support contract type on staff organisation relations was added with 5.23.1 which requires a new column to be added on the 'stafforganisationrelations' tab of the master list after 'OrganisationID' ( please refer to 5.23.1 (4.42.1) Upgrade notes for more information).
