What

Client reported they could not download Master list Excel file in Administrator > Bulk Import > Masterlist. 
Nothing pops up to save/download on the screen or no indication of download in the status tray of the browser.

Why

It is typically the browser blocking the download when you press the download link. You then need to allow popups for the webpage you are visiting. Depending on the browser you will have an icon/notification that it blocked the popup. 

For instance, in Google Chrome: sample below. 

1. Go to your Browser Options  - Pop-ups settings.
2. Allow or  by enabling the button ON 
3. Add customer PURE URL.  it is specific for security reason.
