The help text (yellow bubble) found the submission guide is by default filled by Elsevier. Locally you can modify this to meet local needs.

Example

How

1. Navigate to Administrator > Research output > Types, and find the desired Template type - you can already here see the existing texts.
2. Press Edit in the left side of the Template type container.
3. in the Type details section press Edit
4. Modify the description
5. Press Update
6. Press Save in top of Template type container.
7. Open the submission guide to verify the changes are correct.

Result

This example is for Research outputs but the method is valid for all Content types where Types are editable.
