When reporting on organisational hierarchy, eg. summarising how many projects are linked to the individual faculties or any organisations below, you often need to add a relation from the organisation listed on the project to organisations upwards in the organisational hierarchy. You do this by going from an organisation to associated organisation, where you get the following options:

But did you know, that if you chose the wrong association type - you no not need to delete the column and start over. See the screenshot below, how you easily can change the setting without having to start over:
