    Merge Duplicate Journals Job
What
There are a lot of duplicate Journals inside your Pure and you would like to merge these.
How:
- There is a job called Merge Duplicate Journals.
 - This job is normally a part of the sequential cron job "QABO data import & cleanup" (SequentialExecutingCronJob), but if you do not have PRS, then you will be able to run the job separately by finding it under Administrator > Jobs > Cron Job Scheduling and then under Create new job.
 - The following matching rules apply:
- Two Journals will only be merged if both:
- Have Scopus as source or secondary source
 - Have the same Scopus source ID / secondary source ID
 - Have a matching ISSN (it will check in both ISSN, Electronic ISSN and Alternative ISSNs)
All criteria must be met for the job to merge. That means a matching Scopus ID and at least one matching ISSN.

 - Two Journals will only be merged if both:
 - When Journals are merged by this job the merge details are added as a comment on the Journal with ReflectionMergeConverter as the username:
